Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a guest may cancel a reservation and when a refund will be issued.

1. Full refund window

Guests may contact Miami VIP Boats and cancel their booking for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip start time.

2. How to cancel

To cancel, the guest must contact us directly using the contact details provided on the website or in the booking confirmation. Cancellation is effective when we receive the request.

3. Late cancellations

If a cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip start time, a refund is not guaranteed and may be denied in full or in part.

4. Weather and safety

If Miami VIP Boats cancels or reschedules a trip due to weather, safety concerns, vessel issues, or other operational reasons, we may offer a reschedule or refund at our discretion.
