All prices are presented in the applicable currency shown on the site. A reservation is not final until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Cancellation policy

5. Changes and availability
We may update vessel availability, pricing, schedules, or website content at any time. We may also cancel or reschedule trips when needed for weather, safety, maintenance, or operational reasons.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miami VIP Boats is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or booking services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be lawfully waived.
